The preliminary design, the overall layout of production line for welding of
stainless steel laser cutting and 3D laser cutting technology and production
line cutting unit were studied. First of all, this production line of the
research object - door structure and process analysis, two kinds of welding
method, carried out the introduction; this production line cutting unit and the
welding unit of the main devices, respectively, carried out the selection, at
the same time based on the production line flexibility and security
considerations, the overall design of the overall layout of the production line.
Secondly, it discusses laser cutting principle and main cutting, lists the three
important factors that affect the three-dimensional laser cutting is different
from two-dimensional laser cutting, gravity, space curvature radius and
workpiece thermal conditions, and a brief description. The focus of some laser

The three-dimensional laser cutting programming
methods and processes; three main difficulties in the three-dimensional laser

parameters on cutting quality, and provides an effective method to solve the
