Food need not fill you in order to let you feel satisfied.Some of the food
you don't usually eat very satisfied and basket of bread, coffee mug of coffee,
or soda may let you feel hungry and not satisfied. Variety and texture along
with nutrition satiates hunger, In order to determine the hunger, you must first
understand what it is.This is not as it seems so simple.Many of you may never
allow yourself to experience the real hunger, only to feel unwell.Don't know
